Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing product engineering team at our Nagpur headquarters. You will be responsible for translating custom designs into clean, responsive WordPress templates, managing server deployments, and optimizing site performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-fidelity Figma mockups into pixel-perfect responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks, page templates, and dynamic CPT plugins.
  • Optimize frontend assets and server response times to ensure excellent Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
  • Integrate third-party API solutions, CRM forms, and analytics frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of professional experience developing custom WordPress sites and themes.
  • Strong command of modern CSS/SCSS layouts (Grid, Flexbox, transitions).
  • Comfortable with Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) and modern AJAX fetch processes.
  • Familiarity with Git version control, basic server deployment, and SEO best practices.
