Terms & Conditions – SnypTech

1. Services

SnypTech provides digital marketing, website development, social media management, advertising management, branding, SEO, and related digital services to clients based on agreed project scope and payment terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned on the invoice.
  • Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of ongoing services.
  • SnypTech reserves the right to pause campaigns, website maintenance, content publishing, ad management, hosting services, or related digital operations in case of non-payment.

3. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

If payment remains unpaid beyond the agreed due date:

  • SnypTech may suspend active services without prior performance liability.
  • Access to managed services, hosting, websites, advertising accounts, analytics tools, business integrations, or digital assets under SnypTech operational control may be temporarily restricted until outstanding dues are cleared.
  • SnypTech shall not be held responsible for losses, performance drops, ad interruptions, ranking changes, downtime, lead loss, or business impact caused due to suspension arising from non-payment.

4. Account & Asset Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership access and backup of their business accounts and digital assets.

Where accounts, hosting, domains, tools, or platforms are managed through SnypTech infrastructure or subscriptions, continued access is subject to timely payment of invoices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

In cases of prolonged non-payment exceeding 30 days after written notice:

  • SnypTech reserves the right to discontinue associated services and infrastructure.
  • Temporary files, hosting data, backups, creative assets, or unpublished materials maintained on SnypTech systems may be permanently removed after reasonable notice.
  • SnypTech shall not be liable for data loss resulting from discontinued services caused by unresolved payment defaults.

6. Ownership Transfer

Final ownership transfer of websites, creatives, campaigns, source files, or digital assets will occur only after full and final payment clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnypTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, business, advertising, revenue, or reputational losses arising from:

  • delayed payments,
  • service suspension,
  • third-party platform restrictions,
  • account limitations,
  • or client-side operational decisions.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information,
  • maintain lawful business practices,
  • comply with platform policies of Google, Meta, and other third-party services,
  • and clear payments within agreed timelines.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

10. Acceptance

By engaging services, making payment, approving quotations, communicating project approvals through email/WhatsApp, or continuing business engagement with SnypTech, the client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Ownership-Controlled Assets & Access Rights

Any digital assets, accounts, tools, subscriptions, hosting services, domains, advertising infrastructure, software licenses, automation systems, creatives, or platforms that are created, purchased, registered, or maintained under SnypTech ownership, subscriptions, credentials, payment systems, or infrastructure shall remain the property and operational control of SnypTech until full payment clearance.

In the event of unpaid invoices, payment default, chargeback, or breach of agreed payment terms:

  • SnypTech reserves the right to suspend, revoke, restrict, or remove client access from such ownership-controlled assets and services.

  • Administrative privileges, user permissions, integrations, hosting access, advertising access, and operational control may be withdrawn without liability until all outstanding dues are fully settled.

  • Clients shall not claim ownership over assets, services, or infrastructure that remain unpaid or are maintained under SnypTech ownership credentials or financial systems.

SnypTech shall not be held responsible for business interruption, campaign stoppage, data inaccessibility, platform limitations, or operational impact resulting from such suspension or access restriction caused due to non-payment.
